"I would like to compliment your staff at Executive air on a job well done. I was in need of some work on my autopilot and an oil change. The problem was that I had a full day of work in Minot. On very short notice, Ryan Loraas made sure there were mechanics available after regular work hours to take care of my maintenance needs and got me on my way in no time at no extra charge to me. I even got a discount on my fuel purchase! As always, John also went out of his way to make sure my autopilot was installed properly. In fact, John is the main reason I started using your facilities in the first place. Going the extra mile like this is not that common anymore. Even my local shop here in Minot would not accommodate my oil change until next week! With service like this, I will definitely be using Executive air for all my future aircraft maintenance needs.
